Masses throughout the diocese are currently cancelled but will take place live on your radio on 106.2Mhz FM
These will be celebrated without the congregation physically present, therefore no public Masses.
In the current emergency situation, all parishioners are dispensed from the obligation to physically attend Sunday Mass
for the foreseeable future. However St  Mary's will remain open for short spells for private prayer.
With Covid restrictions in place until at least July 20 for places of worship (assuming previous phases have passed successfully),
St Mary's will become available again for Mass under strict new rules. Numbers at Mass will be strictly limited
and will be enforced by volunteer ushers who will take your name and mobile phone number
and guide you to your seat, all the time adhering to established social distancing guidelines.
After each Mass, the church will be sanitised by a team of volunteer helpers. We now seek you help in creating both teams.
Please contact Fr Cullen or the parish office in this regard.

The Parish Office is however now available on reduced hours to allow you book Anniversary Masses, purchase Mass Cards,
offer help in regard to above and ask any questions you may have about the short-term plans for Masses in Cahir.
The revised Parish Office opening hours are Thursday only - 10.30am to 12.30am.
